This is a math number representation mat. This mat can be used to help individuals practice math skills in a hands-on way. This math mat is differentiated into 3 different types (number representation, addition, and subtraction). Individuals can use these mats to practice number representation, counting using 1:1 correspondence, creating sets, adding, and subtracting. These mats come with printable apples that can be cut out and used as manipulatives on the mat. Individuals can also put playdoh, acorns, or other types of manipulatives that they are interested in on the mat. This activity comes with a data point to help track an individual's progress with different math concepts. On the data point there is a section to write or type the Common Core standard that the activity aligns to if you wish. This mat could be edited to include a different visual as the background (other than a tree).
